What is the ruling on eating food prepared during mourning periods, which is forbidden in Islamic law according to the Hadith of Jarir Al-Bajali?

Making food by the family of the deceased is a reprehensible innovation, contrary to the guidance of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Eating from it is disliked, and some have considered it part of the prohibited wailing (niyaha), citing the hadith (definition) of Jarir ibn Abdullah, may Allah be pleased with him: "We used to consider gathering at the family of the deceased and making food after his burial as part of wailing." However, if the food is from the inheritance, it is not permissible to eat from it if there is a minor among the heirs or someone who does not consent to it.
