Does memorizing parts or all of the Qur'an entail a greater reward than merely reciting it?

The merit of memorizing the Qur’an is immense, and its reward is great. The memorizer will attain a reward in the Hereafter commensurate with their memorization. Al-Khattabi explained that the levels of Paradise are according to the verses of the Qur’an. So, whoever completes the memorization of the Qur’an will reach the highest levels of Paradise, and whoever recites a part will ascend according to that. Therefore, the reward of one who memorizes the entire Qur’an is greater than the reward of one who memorizes only a portion of it. And if the memorizer regularly recites, then it is apparent that their reward and status are superior, because they have combined both memorization and recitation.
