Is it obligatory to perform ghusl if Janabah occurs multiple times in one day?

A woman must perform ghusl (ritual purification) if she is certain that what has exited her is semen, which necessitates ghusl, even if this occurs repeatedly. If it is merely a delusion or a whisper (waswasa), do not pay attention to it, and do not perform ghusl unless there is absolute certainty. If something exits about which you are unsure whether it is semen or something else, you have the choice to assign it the ruling you wish.
