The answer

A wife must make up for the days she missed in Ramadan due to pregnancy. If she doesn't know the exact number, she must continue making up the days until she is reasonably sure that she has fulfilled her obligation.

If she was able to make up the days but intentionally delayed until the next Ramadan arrived, she must make up the days and pay a fidyah (expiation) for each day to a needy person. The amount of the fidyah is 750 grams of the staple food of the country.

However, if she was unable to make up the days due to the hardships of pregnancy or breastfeeding, then no fidyah is required of her. The fidyah is also waived if she delayed making up the days out of ignorance or forgetfulness.
