What is the ruling on marriage for someone who has strong desires and fears wronging his wife due to his unwillingness to live with anyone, and is it permissible for him to marry a woman who agrees with him to marry solely for the sake of desire, without specifying a duration?

If one is capable of marriage and fears falling into temptation by remaining unmarried, then marriage becomes obligatory for him. If he fears neglecting his wife's rights, he must inform her of this. As for marriage with the intention of fulfilling desires, while stipulating the waiver of certain rights, such as maintenance, some scholars hold that the marriage contract is valid but the condition is void.
