The answer

Every Muslim should share in the sorrows of their brethren and console them with whatever financial means they possess, especially if they are in dire need, in order to realize the meaning of Islamic brotherhood. Believers are like a single body: "If one limb complains, the rest of the body responds with sleeplessness and fever." And whoever extends a helping hand to their brethren will find a great reward with their Lord: "And whatever good you put forth for yourselves - you will find it with Allah. It is better and greater in reward." And "Allah is in the aid of His servant as long as the servant is in the aid of his brother."
