Is the Hadith "Whoever prays a Janazah in the mosque receives no reward" authentic?

The majority of them have deemed it weak, their argument being that Salih Mawla al-Taw'amah had become senile and confused, and that Ibn Abi Dhi'b heard objectionable hadiths from him after his confusion. Therefore, this hadith does not contradict what is narrated in Muslim about the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, praying over Suhayl ibn Bayda' in the mosque. As for those who authenticated it, their argument is that Ibn Abi Dhi'b heard from Salih before his confusion.
