Is it permissible for a girl to go to a girls' club affiliated with Al-Azhar Al-Sharif if there are no Sharia violations in it, and how many days a week can she go?

It is permissible for a woman to leave her house to attend to her needs, provided she adheres to Islamic guidelines. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, permitted his wives to do so, saying: "It has been permitted for you to go out for your needs." Scholars have agreed on the permissibility of women going out for their needs, on condition that the woman is modest in her appearance and dress, not displaying her adornment, and not raising her voice. Therefore, if your going out to engage in activities is necessary and conforms to Islamic guidelines, there is no blame upon you.
