How is inheritance divided among a mother, four sons, and six daughters?

The mother's share is one-sixth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, as Allah Almighty says: (And for his parents, each of them gets one sixth of what he leaves if he has a child). The remainder is divided among the sons and daughters by ta'sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the equivalent of the share of two females, as Allah Almighty says: (Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females). Matters of inheritance must be referred to the Sharia (definition) courts for review and investigation, as there may be another heir, or wills, or debts that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
