Is there an authentic narration from Ibn Jami' stating that Abu Bakr and Umar attempted to kill the Prophet, upon whom be peace and blessings, which Ibn Hazm relied upon in weakening Ibn al-Walid ibn Jami'?

It has not been reported, neither in the hadith (definition) of Hudhayfah nor elsewhere, that Abu Bakr and Umar were named among the companions of the 'Aqabah who attempted to kill the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, upon his return from the Battle of Tabuk, whether with an authentic or a weak chain of narration. Imam Muslim narrated the hadith of Hudhayfah through the path of Al-Walid ibn Jami', and he mentioned the number of the companions of the 'Aqabah in it without naming them. Ibn Hazm criticized Al-Walid ibn Jami' and accused him of fabricating a hadith that mentions the names of the companions who attempted to kill the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, but this narration has not been found. Scholars have differed concerning Al-Walid ibn Jami'; some considered him trustworthy, some considered him weak, and some said about him, "truthful but makes mistakes." However, relying on the public's authentication of Al-Walid does not validate this narration. The belief that Abu Bakr and Umar attempted to kill the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, is false and fabricated. The people of innovation are among the most mendacious and ignorant of people, and scholars have agreed that the Rafidah are the most mendacious of sects.
