Is not the question "Where is God?" by some people considered a deviation in the heart? And does the statement that He is "the Present, the Observer everywhere" raise the suspicion of His existence in impure places? And how is it correct to deny God's essence from these places while affirming His attributes to them?

The question "Where is Allah?" is Islamically permissible, as established in the Hadith (definition) of the slave girl in Sahih (definition) Muslim. However, to make it a constant practice to test people without need is contrary to the Sunnah (definition). The Prophet (peace be upon him) asked the slave girl due to a clear need and to ascertain her faith. Sheikh Abdul Muhsin Al-Abbad has issued a fatwa (definition) permitting this question when there is a need to understand a person's creed and methodology.

Allah Almighty, with His knowledge, encompassment, and power, is everywhere, and He is above His Throne, distinct from His creation.
