Is it permissible to give Zakat in the form of monthly installments to orphans in another country with the intention of Zakat? And is a prior intention for a whole year sufficient? And is any amount exceeding the value of Zakat considered a charity (sadaqah)? And what should the Zakat payer do if his wealth falls below the nisab after committing to these installments? And is he considered sinful if this method is not permissible?

It is permissible to pay Zakat (definition) in advance in monthly installments if the wealth reaches the nisab (definition), and this falls under the category of permissible expedited Zakat. When the hawl (one lunar year) is completed, if the amount paid was less than what was due, the remainder must be paid. If it was more, the excess is considered sadaqah (definition). However, if the wealth decreases below the nisab, then expediting Zakat is not valid, and whatever is given at that time should be intended as a voluntary sadaqah.
