The answer

The condition of a for a woman during safe travel, where she does not fear for herself, is a matter of (independent reasoning) and there is disagreement among jurists regarding it. Some have permitted a woman to travel without a mahram if she feels safe, considering the intended meaning of the prohibition, which is fear for the woman. The presence of a mahram is not required for a woman to reside alone in a country other than her own for study or other permissible purposes, as long as she feels safe.

Therefore, if a woman takes this dispensation and travels alone for study in a Muslim country where she feels safe, there is no harm in assisting her, especially when there is a need for it. This does not constitute aiding in sin, as aiding in matters of ijtihad is not prohibited.
