Why was the letter "ya" omitted from the name "Ibrahim" in Surat Al-Baqarah in the Uthmanic script, while it is present in the rest of the surahs of the Qur'an?

The spelling of the word "Ibrahim" (Abraham) in the Mushaf (definition) (Qur'an) sometimes with the letter 'ya' and sometimes without it, is part of the Uthmani script written by the Companions. This indicates certain frequently transmitted (mutawatir) recitations, such as the recitation of Hisham from Ibn Amir al-Dimashqi, who pronounces the 'ya'-less "Ibrahim" as "Ibraham" by replacing the 'ya' with a long 'alif'.
