If you suffer from incontinence, you should take precautions after relieving yourself and performing istinja (definition)' by tying a cloth tightly over the area; for what exits after that will not harm you. However, if the incontinence is merely a baseless whisper (waswasah), then purify yourself and pray normally without excessive istinja', and know that the water remaining on the male organ after removing impurity is pure.
