Is it permissible to read a therapeutic program for the evil eye and black magic, consisting of Quranic surahs recited a specific number of times at specific times, or is it considered an innovation (bid'ah)?

Reciting Surahs from the Qur'an and using them for Ruqyah (definition) is permissible and legislated. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to recite the Mu'awwidhat (Surahs Al-Falaq and An-Nas) upon himself. The Qur'an is a healing for all ailments, both spiritual and physical. However, specifying certain numbers for repeating Ruqyah has no evidence. Nevertheless, there is no objection to it if its benefit is proven through experience.
