Is it permissible for me to divorce my wife and then take her back to break a spell, and is it possible to invalidate and get rid of sorcery?

Magic involves incantations used by a sorcerer to harm the bewitched, employing jinn, but this only occurs with Allah's permission. Therefore, there is no need for worry or divorcing one's wife. The solution lies in abundant recitation of the Quran, morning and evening remembrances (adhkar), supplication (dua), and steadfast adherence to Allah's law. If your condition does not improve, there is no objection to seeking help from someone who performs ruqyah (definition) according to the Shariah. Among the methods of treatment mentioned by Wahb ibn Munabbih is using seven green Sidr leaves, crushing them, mixing them with water, then reciting Ayat al-Kursi and the "Qawāqil" (Surahs Al-Ikhlas (definition), Al-Falaq, and An-Nas) over it. One should drink three sips from this mixture and then bathe with the rest.
