Is it permissible for a wife to leave her husband due to the repeated presence of talismans and waters at her doorstep placed by her husband's sister-in-law who practices sorcery, which negatively affects her psychological and physical health and weakens her faith, out of fear for her children?

We advise you to be patient in supplication and to continue with the Ruqyah (definition) Shariah (Islamic exorcism), while maintaining a good opinion of Allah, adhering to the prescribed remembrances (adhkar), and not accusing anyone of sorcery without clear evidence. If sorcery is found, it must be invalidated by untying its knots and destroying it. It is not legislated to seek divorce or khul' (a form of divorce initiated by the wife) without a legitimate Shariah reason.
