What is entailed for a woman who performed Umrah while menstruating, or who went to Makkah without the intention of Umrah while menstruating?

If a woman enters into ihram (definition) for 'Umrah (definition) while she is menstruating, she is not permitted to perform Tawaf (definition), prayer, or fasting until she becomes pure. She then completes her 'Umrah by performing Tawaf, Sa'i, and Taqsir after purification. If she performs Tawaf while menstruating, her Tawaf is invalid, and she must return to Makkah to complete her 'Umrah, remaining in her state of ihram and avoiding the prohibitions of ihram. However, if she did not intend to perform 'Umrah when passing the Miqat (definition), then nothing is required of her. She must inform her family about her menstruation. If she entered into a marriage contract while in ihram, she must renew the contract.
