Is it permissible to enter into a state of Ihram from home, including bathing and wearing gloves and a niqab, then upon reaching the Miqat, remove the gloves and wear a khimar that does not describe the eyes, without bathing at the Miqat?

"Ihram (definition) for Hajj or Umrah (definition) is entered into by intention, not by bathing and donning the Ihram garments. A female pilgrim in Ihram may bathe and wear the niqab and gloves at home, then remove them at the Miqat (definition) and make her intention for Ihram. After entering Ihram, she covers her face with something other than the niqab and her hands with something other than gloves, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) prohibition of wearing them for a woman in Ihram. The validity of Umrah does not depend on bathing, though it is a Sunnah (definition). If someone wore the niqab and gloves out of ignorance while in Ihram, there is no fidyah (definition) (expiation) upon her."
