Does a divorce occur with the husband's words "You are divorced" after the wife repeatedly asks him for a divorce during a verbal dispute, and what is the expiation if the divorce occurs, knowing that this is the first divorce?

It is not permissible for a wife to seek divorce without a شرعي (Shar'i) excuse, due to the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "Any woman who asks her husband for divorce without a sound reason, the scent of Paradise will be forbidden to her." The husband's statement "You are divorced" is considered an explicit divorce (طلاق صريح) that does not require intention. If this was the first divorce, he may reconcile with you before the 'iddah (definition) (waiting period) ends. If the 'iddah passes without reconciliation, you are not permissible for him except through a new marriage contract. As for his statement "Stay away from me," it could be a metaphorical expression (كناية) of divorce if he intended it as such, but the apparent meaning here is that he did not intend divorce by it.
