How is inheritance divided between two sons and two daughters?

The inheritance is divided among the two sons and two daughters by ta'sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females, based on the Almighty's saying: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." So, the inheritance is divided into six shares: two shares for each son and one share for each daughter. The matter must be brought before the Sharia courts to investigate the existence of other heirs, wills, or debts that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
