Is the intention to stand and slightly raise the thighs, then return to the sitting position in the first or second Tashahhud, considered a standing that necessitates the prostration of forgetfulness (Sujud as-Sahw)?

An accidental increase in prayer necessitates the prostration of forgetfulness (sujud al-sahw) if it is something for which it is prescribed. However, if it was intentional and invalidates the prayer, then the prayer must be recommenced. If a worshipper inadvertently begins to stand and has not yet fully stood upright, then it is obligatory to return to the sitting position. Scholars differ regarding the prostration of forgetfulness in this situation: some are of the opinion that no prostration is required, based on the hadith of Al-Mughirah, "If he has not yet fully stood upright, then let him sit, and there is no forgetfulness (prostration) upon him." While another group, such as the Hanbalis, hold that prostration is obligatory, the Shafi'is recommend it if the worshipper was closer to standing than to sitting. As for merely intending to stand without any actual action, no prostration is prescribed for it.
