What is the solution for an employee who faces continuous hardship and a constricted livelihood due to his company's attempts to force him into retirement, while having no other income and being advanced in age?

I advise you to seek forgiveness frequently, for whoever does so abundantly, Allah will grant him relief and provide for him from sources he never anticipated, as stated in His Almighty saying: "And said, 'Ask forgiveness of your Lord. Indeed, He is ever Forgiving. He will send [rain from] the sky upon you in [abundance] and give you increase in wealth and sons and make for you gardens and make for you rivers.'" I also advise you to supplicate, as Allah the Almighty said: "And your Lord says, 'Call upon Me; I will respond to you,'" and His saying: "And when My servants ask you, [O Muhammad], concerning Me - indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me. So let them respond to Me [by obedience] and believe in Me that they may be [rightly] guided." Know that sustenance is in the hand of Allah and He has taken responsibility for it. Allah the Almighty said: "And in the heaven is your provision and whatever you are promised," and "And there is no creature on earth but that upon Allah is its provision, and He knows its dwelling place and its depository. All is in a clear register."
