To what extent is injecting the face with fillers forbidden for the purpose of removing wrinkles and improving appearance for a woman over fifty, whether she wears a niqab or not?

It is permissible to use facial injections to remove pathological deformities or those resulting from accidents, provided they are safe. However, it is not permissible to use them to remove the effects of aging, as this involves altering Allah's creation and deception, such as their use by the elderly to remove normal facial wrinkles and give others the impression of youth. This is even more forbidden for a woman whose face is seen by non-mahram men.
