If "habbat al-barakah" refers to black seed (Nigella sativa), then it is permissible and has many benefits. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said regarding it: "Hold on to this black seed, for indeed it contains a cure for every disease except death (al-sam)." (Narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim).
However, if it refers to nutmeg, its ruling has been previously explained in detail in Fatwas No. 37943 and No. 39204.
