The answer

If the bank buys the house from its owner and then sells it to you in installments, and does not stipulate an increase in case of late payment, then the transaction is permissible. It does not matter that you were the one who directed the bank to the house, or that the deferred price is higher than the cash price. The house becomes your property from the time of the contract, and the bank has the right to prevent you from selling it before full payment of the price if this was stipulated in the contract.
