How is the estate of the deceased divided, who left behind a mother, one full brother, one full sister, and two uterine sisters, and bequeathed one-third of his estate to his full brother in return for the expenses of burial and condolence, knowing that his father had passed away and he was unmarried?

If the deceased left no heirs other than those mentioned, the mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of the brother and sisters. The two sisters from the mother's side receive one-third, to be divided equally between them. The remaining portion is for the full brother and full sister by ta’sib, with the male receiving the share of two females. As for the bequest related to customary burial expenses, it is taken from the estate before division. Anything exceeding the customary expenses is covered from the one-third designated for bequests.
