Is it permissible for me to take a 10% commission from a reduced price for components that I find for my company, knowing that my work is not related to buying and selling?

You must strive to obtain the best price for the company that entrusted you. It is not permissible for you to agree with the seller to raise the price in order to take a commission without the company's knowledge, because this is deception and fraud. Allah Almighty says: "O you who have believed, do not consume one another's wealth unjustly but only [in lawful] business by mutual consent. And do not kill yourselves. Indeed, Allah is ever Merciful to you."
