The answer

If the Shari'ah controls are adhered to and the prohibitions are avoided in the marketing system, then there is no harm in participating in it and benefiting from what it earns. Among the prohibitions are: requiring fees or purchasing a commodity in exchange for participation, unless the person purchases the commodity for personal use and their intention is not to profit from marketing. Also among the prohibitions are: ambiguity (ignorance) in the broker's commission or the price of the goods, or making part of the broker's commission part of the commission of those in their network. Shari'ah controls must also be observed in the sale of gold and silver, and whatever requires immediate possession (taqabud) at the contract مجلس (session). If these controls are observed and the Shari'ah prohibitions such as gharar (excessive uncertainty), jahalah (ignorance), riba (interest), and unlawfully consuming people's wealth are avoided, then there is no harm in participating in the company's marketing system.
