What is the ruling on purchasing cars from someone who acquired them through financial leasing, and pays a fixed monthly amount in exchange for using his agency's name in car rentals?

"Financial leasing (Ijarah (definition) Muntahiya bil Tamleek - lease ending in ownership) has permissible and impermissible forms, and the Islamic Fiqh Academy has detailed the rulings on what is permissible and what is forbidden. There is no harm in buying or leasing a car from a friend of yours through a legitimate method, even if he acquired it through an impermissible method via financial leasing. It is also permissible to agree with him on using the name of his agency for a fixed monthly fee as rent for the trade name or license."
