Is the prayer of one from whom urine drops, no larger than the size of a dirham, exit after urinating valid, and what procedures should he follow regarding this, bearing in mind that he performs ablution after the Adhan and prays with a new ablution for each obligatory prayer, and only changes his underwear every 4 to 5 days?

If the leakage of urine drops is certain, it falls into one of two categories: Either it has a duration after which it stops before the prayer time expires. In this case, one must wait for it to stop, then perform ablution and pray. It is not permissible to pray while it is leaking, unless it is a make-up prayer. Or, the leakage continues such that one cannot find a time to pray with a valid purification, or its timing is inconsistent. In this case, it takes the ruling of a person with urinary incontinence ( سلس ). Such a person should perform ablution after the prayer time begins, then pray, and whatever leaks out does not harm their prayer. It is permissible to combine two prayers, and it is preferable not to lead the prayer unless those being led are also like you.

According to many jurists, a person with incontinence must take precautions by placing something over the exit point, unless they fear harm, otherwise, their ablution becomes invalid according to them. Others, however, consider it only recommended.

Washing (Istinja') three times is sufficient if the area is purified and cleansing is achieved. If you are afflicted with incontinence, washing the area and taking precautions is sufficient for you.

Deliberate leniency in drying oneself with an impure towel is not appropriate, because the forgiveness of a small amount of impurity is not agreed upon. Even those who hold this view justify it by the difficulty of avoiding it, but here there is no difficulty in avoiding it.
