Should one condemn those who publish sexual videos on YouTube?

Whoever finds forbidden videos must avert their gaze from them and not persist in watching them. They must also report them to whoever can block them, as this is a form of changing the reprehensible (munkar) and cooperating in righteousness and piety. They are not obligated to search for these videos; rather, they must be cautious of falling into them.
