The answer

The names of Allah Almighty are توقيفية (divinely ordained and restricted to what has been revealed), and it is not permissible to name or describe Him with what has not been mentioned in the Quran and Sunnah. "Al-Naji" (The One Who Saves/Delivers) and "Al-Munji" (The Savior/Deliverer) are not among the beautiful names of Allah (Al-Asma al-Husna) or His divinely established attributes. However, it is permissible to report about Allah that He saves His believing servants from punishment and distress, but this does not mean that it is one of His names or that it is permissible to worship Him by it.
