Is it permissible to divide the meat of the Aqiqah equally between its owner, family, and the needy, as raw meat, and is it valid to slaughter it on the Day of Arafah due to people's need for meat on the day of Eid?

We have previously explained the sayings of the scholars regarding the distribution of the 'Aqiqah (definition). It is recommended to distribute it in thirds or halves, and all of this is on the basis of recommendation. So, there is no harm for the one offering the 'Aqiqah to donate all of it or to eat all of it. The Sunnah (definition) is to slaughter the 'Aqiqah on the seventh day of the newborn's life. If that is missed, then on the fourteenth, then the twenty-first, otherwise, on any day. There is no harm in slaughtering it on the day of Eid if it was not slaughtered during the prescribed times. There is also no harm in distributing its meat raw or cooked.
