Are the aforementioned symptoms of physical pain and disturbing dreams evidence of magic performed by a sorceress with menstrual blood to prevent marriage?

You must rely on Allah Almighty and hold fast to Him, believing that everything that happens is by Allah's decree and destiny, and that people possess no power to harm or benefit you except what Allah Almighty has ordained. If you are certain that you have been afflicted by magic, then strive in supplication and use the authentic ruqyah (definition) and incantations, for they contain great benefit by Allah's permission. Nothing from magic will harm you if you strive in obedience to Allah, remembrance of Him, and using ruqyah from the Qur'an and Sunnah (definition).
