How is the inheritance divided among a father, a wife, two sons, one daughter, one full brother, two full sisters, one full nephew, and two full paternal cousins?

The wife receives one-eighth due to the existence of a lineal descendant, as Allah Almighty says: "But if you have a child, then for them [the wives] is one eighth of what you leave." The remainder goes to the two sons and the daughter by way of ta'sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the equivalent of the share of two females, as Allah Almighty says: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." There is nothing for the brother, sisters, nephews, and paternal cousins, as they are excluded by the father and the son. The inheritance is to be divided into 120 shares: 20 shares for the father, 15 shares for the wife, 34 shares for each son, and 17 shares for the daughter. It is obligatory to refer inheritance matters to the Sharia courts for investigation, due to the potential existence of factors that might exclude heirs, or wills, or debts that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
