The answer

It is not permissible to combine or modify voices without the permission of their owners, in order to close the door to discord and abuse. For this to be permissible, it is stipulated that it must be with the voice owner's permission, for a permissible purpose, and that no harm results from it.

Whoever's voice is used in reciting the Quran will not be rewarded with the reward of recitation, but rather will be rewarded for benefiting people and inviting them to good. And whoever permits the use of their voice in something forbidden will be a partner in sin, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: ﴿And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression﴾, and the Hadith: "Whoever calls to guidance will have a reward like the rewards of those who follow him, and whoever calls to misguidance will bear a burden of sin like the sins of those who follow him."
