Is it religiously permissible to disinherit daughters for fear of a mother's anger, and is a daughter considered sinful for refusing to waive her legitimate right to inheritance?

A mother is not permitted to ask her daughters to relinquish their lawful share of inheritance to the males. This is considered an injustice on her part, and she must fear Allah and be just among her children. The supplication of an oppressor is not answered, even if they are a parent. What a father wrote before his death in the name of his wife, sons, and daughters, if he intended it to take effect after his death, is considered a bequest to an heir and is not legally binding. It must be returned to the estate to be divided according to Islamic law. However, if it was a gift (hiba) that was legally possessed during his lifetime with its Sharia (definition)-compliant conditions, then it is valid and does not become part of the estate. Depriving a female of inheritance and dedicating it solely to males is an act from the pre-Islamic era of ignorance (Jahiliyyah), and Islam came to establish a prescribed share in inheritance for both men and women.
