The question

What is the authenticity of the following hadiths: "Seek help in achieving your needs through secrecy," "Whoever drinks while standing should vomit," "Seek knowledge from the cradle to the grave," "Seek knowledge even if it is in China," "Wisdom is the lost property of the believer; wherever he finds it, he has a better right to it," and "I was only sent to perfect noble character"? And are weak and fabricated hadiths acted upon, and what is the difference between them?

The answer

Muslim reported that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "None of you should drink while standing. If one forgets, he should vomit." As for the hadith, "Wisdom is the lost property of the believer," it is weak. And the hadith, "I was sent to perfect noble character," is authentic.
