Is it permissible to publish programming codes that I created myself based on a paid course, knowing that they are identical to what the instructor explained, and my intention in publishing them is to help people?

It is permissible to publish the course content unless one of its conditions is not to publish it. In that case, the conditions and contracts must be adhered to, based on the words of Allah Almighty: "O you who have believed, fulfill [your] contracts," and the words of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Muslims are bound by their conditions, except for a condition that makes a halal thing haram or a haram thing halal."
