Is it permissible to lend one's name for the purpose of opening a commercial establishment, and what is the ruling on the money earned through this method?

If there is no deception or fraud involved, then there is no harm in it. However, if it necessitates deception and fraud against official authorities, then it is not permissible to assist the perpetrator, due to the Almighty's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." A Muslim must observe the laws regulating workers' affairs out of obedience to the ruler, as long as the purpose of these laws is the public interest deemed legitimate by Islamic law.
