Is it permissible to donate tight clothing and evening gowns despite the fear that they might be used for immodest display?

It is not a condition for repentance to dispose of the clothes with which a woman displayed herself (tabarruj). However, its conditions are: ceasing the display, resolving not to return to it, and regretting what has passed. If you wish to donate them as charity, it is good, provided that the recipient does not use them in what is forbidden; based on the Almighty's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression."
