What is the meaning of the supplication, "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the trial of sin and debt"?

Narrated by 'Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to supplicate in his prayer: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the torment of the grave, and I seek refuge in You from the trial of the Antichrist (Al-Masih Ad-Dajjal), and I seek refuge in You from the trials of life and death. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from sin and debt." And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was asked about his frequent seeking of refuge from debt, and he said: "Indeed, when a man incurs debt, he speaks and lies, and he promises and breaks his promise." Al-Ma'tham (sin) is that which necessitates sin, and Al-Maghram (debt) is debt or that which necessitates debt.
