Is the 'Umrah valid, and what is the ruling on one who, out of ignorance, committed the following prohibitions: plucking eyebrow hair and head hair, obsessive thoughts about seminal emission with lust, and seeing menstrual blood after entering into Ihram? What expiations result from that, and how is the 'Umrah to be completed?

The questioner is afflicted with waswasah (obsessive whispering). It is mustahabb (recommended) for one who intends to enter ihram (definition) to clip their nails and clean their body, but it is not wajib (definition) (obligatory). The substance she saw might have been maniy (seminal fluid), in which case her tawaf (definition) (circumambulation) is valid according to the Hanafis and some Hanbalis, as purity for them is wajib for tawaf but not a condition for its validity. Sa'y (the ritual walk between Safa and Marwah) does not require purity. Doubting the validity of pointing to the Black Stone has no consequence because it is a sunnah (definition). The blood she walked on during sa'y does not cause harm because purity is not a condition for the validity of sa'y. Plucking eyebrow hair is among the forbidden namas (plucking), which is one of the prohibitions of ihram. If she plucked three hairs or more, she is obligated to offer fidyah (definition) al-adha (expiation for harm: fasting for three days, or feeding six poor people, or slaughtering a sheep). However, some scholars do not obligate fidyah upon an ignorant person, and her umrah (definition) is valid.
