What is the ruling of the Sharia on dealing with a father who commits grave sins, abuses his family, and curses religion, knowing that he does not respond to advice? And is it permissible to take from his unlawfully acquired money?

Reviling one's father for the sake of Allah and the religion is disbelief that expels one from the fold of Islam. It is permissible to benefit from his wealth if it is a mixture of lawful and unlawful, though it is disliked. However, if it is entirely unlawful, it is not permissible except in cases of necessity and to the extent of need. Your duty towards him does not cease despite his objectionable actions. You must associate with him in a good manner, enjoin him to good, and forbid him from evil with gentleness and respect, and supplicate for his guidance and seek help from the righteous.
