The answer

Whoever repents, Allah will accept his repentance, no matter how great his sin, for Allah forgives all sins, and the one who repents from a sin is like one who has no sin. So, whoever mocked Allah and then repented with a sincere repentance that fulfilled all its conditions, his repentance is accepted and erases what came before it, and it is permissible to marry him. There were companions who were hostile to the religion before their Islam, then they came to Allah's grace. Mocking Allah is disbelief unless it is a whisper (waswasah), and repentance from disbelief is accepted with its conditions.
