Is it permissible to give Zakat in installments throughout the year to a married daughter who is needy, along with her husband, in a separate household?

It is permissible to give zakat to a poor husband. This is more prudent than giving it to a poor wife whose husband is unable to provide for her (as this is a matter of scholarly disagreement). It is permissible to pay zakat in advance installments. However, once a full year has passed over the wealth, it is obligatory to promptly disburse the zakat, and it is not permissible to delay it or pay it in installments at that time.
