Does what I intended to do, which is to donate five hundred Egyptian pounds monthly if I get the job, constitute a vow, knowing that my intention for the charity was to seek Allah's pleasure, and I did not intend it as a vow, nor do I believe in the validity of vows?

The phrases mentioned do not constitute a vow (nadhr), because they do not convey the commitment which is a condition for a vow to be valid. Even if they were allusive (kinayah), a vow is not formed by allusion unless there is an intention, and the intention was not present here. A Muslim should not say with his tongue what he does not do.
