Is it permissible for a woman who has lost her hymen to undergo a surgical procedure to repair it?

It is absolutely impermissible to repair the hymen for several reasons: fear of lineage confusion, exposure of 'awrah (private parts), facilitating zina (unlawful sexual intercourse), engaging in deceit and falsehood, and it may lead to abortion. Also, averting harms takes precedence over acquiring benefits.
